How it Works?

1. Inquiry: You submit an enquiry via the online form or email.
   
   
2. Quote:  Including delivery date.
   
   
3. Deposit: You confirm by making the 10% deposit (or 100% if you don’t want to go to the bank twice) via bank transfer. Then you may inform me of having made the deposit/payment.
   
   
4. Translation begins: I begin the translation.
   
   
5. Delivery 1st: When I finish the full translation I send you 10% of the translation and request payment of the remaining balance (if only made the 10% deposit rather than full payment).
   
   
6. Payment: You send me the remaining balance.
   
   
7. Final delivery: I send you the rest of the translation.
   
   
8. Follow up: Should you need any further modifications or editing after the final translation is delivered, contact me and I’ll be happy to do so free of charge until you’re fully satisfied. A happy customer is the best form of advertisement, not to mention a potential return customer.

                   I am a professional and this this is how I make my livelihood, so naturally your satisfaction is of paramount importance to me, both for good referrals and repeat business. All payments are to be made in advance, quid pro quo, nice and simple.
